Our practice has grown steadily over the last several years (THANK YOU!) and we find ourselves in need of more space in order to provide our patients and clients with the high level of service they have come to expect.
The new clinic will have seven exam rooms, including separate cat and dog exam rooms, one of which will double as a comfort room for euthanasias and consultations. It will also feature separate dog and cat entrances, updated reception, surgical, dental, laboratory, pharmacy, and office areas, dedicated cat and dog wards, separate dog and cat treatment areas, a fenced dog yard, and a much deserved staff lounge and patio.
To make room for our new clinic, we purchased the residential property immediately to our east. After all usable materials were removed and repurposed by Better Futures Minnesota, what’s left was demolished and we have started construction of our new 5,900 square foot clinic on the site. We will continue to operate out of our existing clinic until we move into our new home in 2018. At that time, our existing building will come down in order to expand our parking lot.
Until then, we ask that you be patient as parking will likely be somewhat challenging over the next several months. Other than our parking lot, parking is permitted on both sides of County Road E as well as on the west side of Highland Avenue.
Below you’ll find our building plans as well as a slideshow of the construction process. Be sure to check back for updates and new pictures as we move forward with this exciting project!
Thanks so much for helping to make our dream clinic a reality!
