20-year old Proton (cat) has lived in several states and experienced different vets. When realizing that Proton needed more attention than just the annual exams and shots from his former Minneapolis vet, I called several vet offices closer to White Bear Ave / County Road E to learn a little more about each practice, before choosing his next vet. I was pleasantly surprised when the office closest to my house also happened to be the one whose office staff responded the most knowledgeably and completely to my questions. Dr. Dalton’s natural curiosity, ability to consider many details simultaneously when thoroughly answering a question, concern for ethics, and sense of humor are exactly what I need in a vet. Without question, Proton’s younger feline sisters now are patients of Dr. Dalton, too. SB
