WBAH to Re-Open to Clients in June

To Our AMAZING Clients,

First and foremost, we want to THANK YOU for your patience after a long year of curbside service. The COVID-19 pandemic has been an unimaginably difficult time for everyone and we hope you, your family, and your pets are doing well. We understand that curbside has not been the kind of efficient, personal service that you’ve come to expect from us and we know that you are anxious for things to return to normal as soon as possible. SO ARE WE!

At this time, we are planning to re-open the clinic to our clients on Monday, June 14, 2021 with the following protocols:

1. When you arrive for your appointment, please call us from the parking lot.
2. Only 1 adult client per appointment will be allowed into the building. Please leave your children at home, if at all possible.
3. All clients MUST wear a mask regardless of their COVID-19 vaccine status. No exceptions.
4. If you do not have a mask, no problem. We will simply convert your in-person appointment to a curbside appointment.
5. If you would prefer a curbside appointment, please let us know when you call.
6. Technician appointments and food / medication pick-ups will continue to be curbside appointments.
7. Surgical admit / discharge appointments will continue to be curbside appointments.
8. We will continue to allow up to 2 adults into the clinic for euthanasia appointments.
