Greetings once again WBAH Clients,
As expected, things are changing rapidly in our COVID-19 Coronavirus world.
To further protect everyone and still care for our patients, we are no longer allowing clients into our building. We ask that you call us from your vehicle when you arrive and follow our instructions. As needed, we will take a detailed history over the phone, then one of our technicians will bring your pet into the clinic. The doctor will then examine your pet, devise a treatment plan, and then discuss this plan with you either over the phone or in the parking lot. You will then be asked to pay over the phone and your pet, your receipt, and any necessary prescriptions will be brought out to you.
Please don’t forget that we are still able to refill your pet’s prescriptions. All you have to do is call in the refill and then call us from the parking lot when you arrive. We’ll take it from there.
