Great staff. Friendly, helpful, understanding and genuinely caring. I feel the staff and Doctors really care about the well being of my pets and my concerns and feelings as a pet owner. We took in a stray cat – cat had FIV and we were given options other than putting the kitten down. We relly feel a sense of compassion from the Doctors we spoke with at WBL Animal Hospital. JLS
