White Bear Animal Hospital recently won the 2012-13 Better Business Bureau Integrity Award, and in my opinion, they DESERVE it! Dr. Dalton and team have provided excellent care of our dachshunds Tucker and Frodo. They were patient and helpful as I nursed our elderly Tucker into his final years, giving me the information and options I needed to decide whether to continue care or say goodbye. When I understood the time had finally come to euthanize my treasured friend, they were so kind and understanding — I felt as if they shared my grief. Later, they helped us welcome a new puppy, Frodo, into the family, and even though he’s quite nervous when visiting them, I always feel comfortable and secure knowing they are the ones taking care of his health needs!
